Trying to play catch up!

Well, it's been MONTHS since I lasted posted pictures on
the blog! Sorry! With facebook, it's just so much easier and
faster to post pictures. But, here are just a few of the hundreds
of pictures I've taken in the last 6 months to catch you up! We've
been really busy and have had lots going on. Tyler turned 16 in October!

Love these boys!!

Paxton boys' were D2 district champs and made it to the State
play off games for the first time in 12 yrs! The Seniors were
presented with the plaque during a pep rally on game day.

Took lots of pictures but the game ended in a loss. This was
Garrett's last high school football game, and last time playing
high school fball with brother Tyler. Was an emotional ending.
What an absolute joy and thrill to watch them play together!

We are so proud of Garrett!

We threw Tyler a surprise 16th bday party at the Corn Maze
in North Platte. He was shocked! Everyone had a great time!

Garrett got his first deer! A nice 4x4 mule deer.

On the same day, Tyler got his deer too. A nice 4x4 whitetail!

Garrett and Tyler didn't go out for basketball this year but we
enjoyed watching Cade (00) play. He did a great job! The Tigers
ended with a winning season!

In December it was Garrett's turn for the Senior Window
display. Bernie and I put it together for him. It turned out
really nice and we enjoyed setting it up and reminicing about
all of his accomplishments. He's had a great school career.

During the holidays, my sisters and folks were able to get
together and enjoy each others company and a gift exchange.
It's such a blessing we are all still here to enjoy getting together.

For the first time, we were able to take the boys' skiing
over xmas vacation. We went to Snowy Range in Laramie.
We all had a great time!! We stayed 4 days, the scenery was
beautiful and we agreed we'll do it every year from now on!

Love this pic!

Bernie gave the boys' a quick 10 minute lesson then they were off!

Getting Caught Up

The school year has been a whirlwind so far! It's hard to believe
it's already then end of October! The last two months have been
consumed with football, football and more football! Love! Cade
did a great job this year with his first year of jr high football and
his team ended their season 2-2! Garrett & Tyler's team have had
a great year too, just ending their regular season 6-2, and earned
the D2 District Championship, with play-offs starting this up
coming week! I've taken hundreds of football pictures this season
so below are just a handful to give you a little peek into our busy
lives. As a Senior, Garrett has had some big highlights this season!
He had an article written about him in the Huskerland Prep magazine,
did a radio and tv interview, made the cover page of the Sports preview
and was Homecoming King, just to name a few!!! We are proud of him
and enjoying his 'journey'! Tyler has had a great season too! He was
chosen as Sophomore attendant for homecoming, has led in yards and
was named Player of the Game this week for his efforts in their last game!
We have loved watching all 3 boys' play this year and cheering them on!
It has been a joy to watch Garrett and Tyler be able to play together! It
will be a sad day for us when we have no more boys' to play football!
Enjoy the pics!

Paxton Tigers District Champs! Going to the Play-offs for
the first time since Garrett was in Kindergarten!
