Sunday April 4, 2010 ~ Happy Easter to all of our family
and friends!!! We are thinking of all of you today.
"Who's Your Bunny?" ha ha :)
Our morning started with dough jenny's! Yum! Bernie and I
cut them and Cade helped fry them. We eat them with butter,
jelly or honey on them...a favorite at our family reunion, mmmm!
The boys' got sack fulls of goodies!
house. The weather is nice today.
My Niece Tracy and her daughter, Bernie
and I's God-daughter, Taya were able to
come from Omaha for the holiday weekend.
It was so good to see them!
Sister Teresa, Tracy and Taya
and son Wade.
Me and Tracy!
Matthew and Jacob. What a great bunch of kids!! They are
so good you hardly know they're around! It was great to see
them too. The kids are getting so big!
and Brad came from North Platte to join us! The girls' are
such sweethearts and looked so pretty in their Easter dresses!
My sister Jenny and Carson
picture. We always stand in a certain order so when I stood
in the middle instead of sister Jenny she wanted 'her spot'
back.....
had a good laugh!!

We had a wonderful meal of ham, pork and roast, with mashed
potatoes, gravy, creamy corn, rolls and lots of salads, relishes
and yummy desserts!!! The food was delicious!! After all of the
food we ate, we headed down to the tennis courts that are just
a couple blocks from Teresa's to burn off some calories!
Tyler, Cade, Bernie and Garrett
was really nice out so was perfect for being outside doing something.
Not sure who really 'won' but it was sure fun to just mess around.
Afterwards we stopped for ice cream then headed home. We stopped
down at the farm to wish Bernie's mom a happy Easter then came home.
As I type this, the boys' are all outside roasting marshmallows in front of
the 'campfire' they made in the backyard!! And that was our Easter!!
We had a great day and are thankful for all of the blessings that Christ
brings into our lives. We extend our Easter wishes to all of you and
pray you had a glorious day as well.
