Cade's Elementary Track Day

Friday May 14, 2010 ~ Elementary Track & Field Day
Cade's first event of the day was the high jump. He did a
really good job and earned a 5th place ribbon with a jump of 3'8.


Cade did awesome at the shot put earning
a first place ribbon with a throw of nearly 38'!


He earned 1st place in the long jump too!

And first in the obstacle course!!

And first in the hurdles!! Look at that form!

He came in first in the 400 m dash too!

What a race!

He got first place in the 100 m dash too!! He takes after his

brothers! They are all good at track! It's fun to watch them.

They sure didn't get that from me! ha ha

Cade was the second runner in the 400 relay. He was so

fast he lost his hat! His team came in 2nd place.

Pa Bud stopped by to watch his races. We

were glad to have him there and he enjoyed it.

Grandma Grace came with me to watch

today too. She enjoyed watching Cade and

other grandson Mason in all of their events.

And proud Mom enjoyed the day too! Cade did a great job!

The weather was nice and we enjoyed our picnic lunch on

the football field.

was a great feat! It's something to be proud of!
